Will eco friendly products get my home clean?
Yes! Environmentally friendly cleaners sanitize just as effectively while leaving no toxic chemicals behind.
Do we have to be home at the time of cleaning?
No,you can leave a key under a mat, provide us with a key which we will number and keep in our safe or leave the door unlocked. 
What if I need to cancel a cleaning?
You will need to call us within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning to cancel. In the event that we do not get proper notice or we are locked out of your home we will assess a $45 fee due upon payment of your next cleaning.
Will I be given a specific time for my house cleaning?
We try to accommodate your schedule as best as possible but due to scheduling prefer to give a one to two hour arrival window.
Do you bring your own supplies? Yes!
Who will be cleaning my home? 
Your home will be cleaned by both either a supervised team of employees. We background check and drug test all employees.
Do I have to do anything before you come to clean my home?
It is to your advantage to have the home picked up as much as possible to allow us to have access to all areas.
How do I pay for my services?
Payment is expected at the time of the cleaning. We accept cash, checks and money orders. Checks should be made out to Tidy Team Oregon.
